At the outset of each project engagement, senior members of Objectlab Professional Services division work closely with our customer to understand their project’s goals and objectives. After preliminary analysis, an Objectlab Practice Manager with relevant domain and technology expertise is assigned to lead the effort. Using a proven and flexible methodology, our team then focuses on gathering, analyzing and understanding the detailed requirements that must be met in order for our customer to succeed. We formulate potential solutions and work closely with our customer to determine the one that best suits their needs. An experienced technology team is then assembled based on the technologies and the approach that will be employed. Our Practice Manager ensures that our team meets all deliverables and customer expectations throughout the engagement and works closely with our customer’s management team to communicate progress and to make sure all project issues and concerns are promptly addressed and resolved.
